249 | A Primer in Physics | with John Frank

Jun 12, 2020

Truly understanding movement demands that we first understand the physics behind it. So, today, we welcome one of my dearest friends, my brother John Frank, back to the show. He is a physical therapist and specialist in movement.

The very basics of how we move in any mechanical way are rooted in Newton’s three laws of motion and gravitational law. These principles form the bedrock of any investigation into movement. John shares with us what the three laws are, why they are important, and how they relate to functional movement.
