Ryan Andrews has an impressive career. He started off as a nationally competitive bodybuilder, has an undergraduate degree in exercise science and two graduate degrees, one in nutrition and one in exercise physiology. He completed his training to become a registered dietician at Johns Hopkins Medicine and studied sustainable food systems at Columbia University. He’s a registered yoga teacher and a movement and exercise coach. 

We talk today about his five recommendations for helping you build a better body and a better planet – and it’s not what you might think. He takes into deep consideration nutrition, wellness movement, and the impact that our choices have on the planet.
