- Why do you do handstands or something similar in nearly all of your post?
- I struggle with posterior tilt of the pelvis, your yoga helps a lot but my biggest problem is when I sleep. I sleep on my stomach and find my low back hurts if I keep my legs straight. It helps to bend one leg out to the side, but is there anything else I can do?
