While we’re all more isolated by necessity, there are so many benefits to finding a group for self-improvement. It’s more important than ever to break out of our shells.
When we’re by ourselves, we can grow unaware of our bad habits because they become automatic, but once we’ve put ourselves in a group where those bad habits are not accepted, or the good habits we aren’t doing for ourselves are the norm, it puts us in stark contrast and motivates us to make changes.
