The body remembers… even when the mind forgets.
We have the ability to hone in on our connection between our feelings and our sensations to help us connect the past to the present. Our body carries with it so many thoughts and feelings, both unheard and unknown. But if we fine tune our connection with our sense of self we can learn to become better at feeling our feelings — without being captive to them.
