Kristin McGee is a world-renowned yoga instructor on Peloton. She’s been a yoga instructor for decades, riding the wave of the modern yoga movement. She’s also a mom of three and offers pre- and post-natal yoga.

She was excited to demystify yoga and share it with more people without straying from the core principles. She shares the story of how she began teaching yoga at Peloton and her experience practicing yoga during both of her pregnancies.
