    • Lately, when I get up into a handstand and nearly fall out, reaching my right arm forwards, I find myself having better balance in this awkward right arm forward diagonal position and can hold it there long. I know this probably isn’t correct or good for the body. What do you think might be causing this, and how do you correct it?
    • My hands are cupped, and I can’t get them flat. Any suggestions?
    • Pain around the ilium: What can make it worse or better?
    • I have bone spurs in my low back. Is the movement the same as with bulging discs and arthritis?
    • Are there any stretches or movements that I can do to keep the knees mobile?

    • Can posture make you have a hump at the top of your spine, and if you correct your posture, will it fix itself?
    • If yoga is used to move the spine in ways to improve posture, doesn’t it also work with the muscles to improve one’s posture in a muscular sense, and does movement in a yoga practice train the nervous system to bring our bodies into a proper posture?
    • I’ve heard that massage can also help improve posture through manipulation of the muscle tissue. I’ve heard it’s especially helpful for people with rounded shoulders. Is this true?
    • What is the root cause of dorsal kyphosis?

    • Why do you do handstands or something similar in nearly all of your post?
    • I struggle with posterior tilt of the pelvis, your yoga helps a lot but my biggest problem is when I sleep. I sleep on my stomach and find my low back hurts if I keep my legs straight. It helps to bend one leg out to the side, but is there anything else I can do?
    • Poses to avoid in lordosis or any adjustments we need to make?
    • Where can I get more information about your training?
    • What stretch is good for my tired nape, the base of my skull? Is it stress related?
    • How to help someone modify Goddess pose when they can’t tuck their tailbone?
