    “Carpe Diem” or, “Seize the day,” was a phrase used by the Roman poet, Horace, to express the idea of enjoying life while you can. What has this last year taught you about seizing the day?

    With everything that we’ve had to contend with, there has still been an opportunity to find hope, happiness, and contentment. After what may have been lost, many of us have been able to find something new: stillness.

    It’s so important we pay attention to our alignment. But how do we learn to pay attention without micromanaging?

    There is a big difference between the two: paying attention is an art, while micromanaging can mean getting so caught up in minutiae that growth is impaired. Don’t confuse the two. Learn to pay attention instead of micromanage for better habits and better posture.
