379. Carpe Diem

“Carpe Diem” or, “Seize the day,” was a phrase used by the Roman poet, Horace, to express the idea of enjoying life while you can. What has this last year taught you about seizing the day?

With everything that we’ve had to contend with, there has still been an opportunity to find hope, happiness, and contentment. After what may have been lost, many of us have been able to find something new: stillness.
