  • 244 | Getting rid of slouchy shoulder syndrome

We’re all staying at home more often right now, which probably means working at a computer more, sitting more, or just staying in one place more often. When you don’t change your position, you’re likely to get this slouchy shoulder syndrome.

In this episode, I share three moves you can do anytime to help to counter that, getting you more open in the front, getting some mobility in the ribcage, and bringing more awareness to posture.

    241 | How to Pivot

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many people have had to pivot — socially, emotionally, and professionally. But taking a direction we didn’t expect to take, whether it was forced upon us or an intentional decision to adapt to change, creates an opportunity for growth.

I reached out on Instagram to hear how all of you are pivoting or adapting to the situation we are in, and I have several stories to share.

  • 238 | Becoming Antifragile

    238 | Becoming Antifragile

This time is so unprecedented in our lifetime, and for many of us, that leads to a sense of fragility in our lives. We are all confronted with a spectrum of fragility: from fragile, to robust, to antifragile. Where do we lie, where do we want to be, and how do we get there?

This concept was inspired by the book Antifragile by Nassim Nicholas Taleb, which talks about this journey of moving from not just feeling less fragile but actually being antifragile. Let’s talk about how you can start to become antifragile, both in your body and in your mind.
