    No matter how much we try to maintain positivity in our lives, negativity will always find its way in. It’s easy to let it get you down, but a few simple tricks can help you take negativity in stride, without letting it ruin your day.

    The most important thing is to stay true to yourself. Negativity can be contagious, so don’t let others infect you with it. That doesn’t mean you can’t listen or be compassionate, either. Sometimes, it’s as simple as choosing what you do and don’t let inside your mental bubble.

    You might say that Ted Price is a big fan of resveratrol, the antioxidant found in grape skins that’s thought to be the trick to wine’s so-called anti-aging effects. With his own lab research of it, he developed Ted’s Pain Cream to alleviate his chronic pain conditions.
