    We all lose muscles as we age, but especially women. Implementing strength training into your movement and your exercise is not only going to help you feel better and look better, but give you confidence, help you stand taller, and improve your posture.

    Sarah Lea is an animal psychologist, reiki practitioner, and vegan activist. She grew up on a farm in South Africa around animals, where she learned firsthand how delicate the ecosystem is and how valuable animal’s lives are. Around the age of 10, she stopped eating animals, but it wasn’t until later on in life when she became educated on where so many other animal products come from.

    We talk about arming children with knowledge about the difficult truths of our world and empowering them to make decisions about what they choose to consume from an early age.

    Last week, America celebrated Thanksgiving, a holiday full of many different meanings and traditions. But one thing that remains consistent is its call for us to give thanks in a purposeful way.

    This has been a hard year for many people and for many reasons, but that does not mean there is not room to find gratitude and thankfulness. And when things look bleak, sometimes that can come in the form of the small blessings that we often take for granted.
