In this class, we will work on the fundamentals of movement to bring back energy and life into your posture. In addition, we will do a short meditative practice on bringing awareness to the present moment to sharpen your focus.
Working on alignment is even more important when you are pregnant, in order to better support yourself, your baby, and to keep your joints and tissues happy. Additionally, you will be better set up for birth and postnatal life.
This class will help you integrate all of the core muscles to reassemble the pelvis, allowing the hips to mobilize well while giving support to the lower back. The core muscles get stretched in pregnancy and the low back muscles are often shortened with the growing baby. Let’s get organized in an integrated and powerful way to help us feel our best.
