Personal Bio

Lacey Lawrence is a yoga teacher in Corpus Christi, TX. Her mom introduced her to yoga when she was 13 and Lacey embraced the yoga scene in Boulder when she attended the University of Colorado. Soon after graduating from her first 200 hr YTT, Lacey had to stop practicing yoga for years because of pain from a herniated disc in her low back. She discovered Lara when looking for non-surgical solutions to help with her serious neck pain that developed after years of poor posture and lack of movement from her injury. The LYT Style immediately changed her life and Lacey wanted to share this amazing, intelligent style of yoga with her hometown of Corpus Christi. She graduated from Lara's Level 1 Training in 2018 and continues to study with Lara in person and online through the LYT Daily classes. She opened her own studio, Harkness Yoga, in January 2020.
