Personal Bio

I began my yoga journey 10 years ago when I walked into a CorePower yoga studio! Being a gym rat my entire life I never thought yoga would be for me! Well that changed after my first yoga class! I fell in love with the practice and after being a student for 7 years I completed my first yoga teacher training at CorePower to become a yoga sculpt teacher and a year later I completed my 200 hour power teacher training! I taught at CorePower Yoga for a couple of years until February of 2021 when my sister and I opened our own business Deep Roots Chiropractic & Wellness Center LLC in Chicago! Our space includes a beautiful yoga studio where I can’t wait to introduce the LYT yoga method to our patients and students!!
