A little love on the side: Corporate LYT Yoga Teacher

I am a horse lover and surfer and I have been practicing Yoga since forever. In 2020, a back injury made traditional Yoga painful if not impossible for me. After rehab, I dsicovered and instantly fell in love with LYT Yoga. I took the LYT Level 1 TT in 2021 and am teaching online and hybrid since then once or twice per week.
