Personal Bio

Hi, I'm Jennifer from Hamburg, Germany. I finished my first 200h teacher training in spring 2018, quit my job in the advertising industry and started teaching Vinyasa Yoga as a full-time teacher directly. After some injuries since then I find my way to Lara and LYT. I started to practice with LYT daily in autumn 2020 and wow - what a change in my practice, body and overall quality of life! I sticked with this method and signed up for the level 1 training to learn more about functional movement, anatomy and health. My own injuries healed so much and I love to share my knowledge with you as a LYT Yoga teacher. I'm teaching group classes and private sessions in German, online & offline.
