Brendan believe’s in the LYT mission to help everyone find freedom through safer and smarter movement patterns so together we can uplifted, benefitting all brings everywhere. He is passionate about sharing the LYT yoga method with every type of mover as he believes it can benefit everyone. Brendan aspires to one day be a part of a LYT yoga studio in his hometown of Philadelphia, PA.
