Personal Bio

Yanoula has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and is known for a wide variety of flow-based, challenging classes including level 2/3's and workshops for active beginners. Expect a challenging (sweaty) class focused on anatomy, alignment, and fun! Yanoula values intelligent and inventive flows that are rigorous but safe for students. She teaches privately and at Sacred in Greenwich Village at 163 Bleecker Street (NYC). Come visit!
