Personal Bio

Lily completed her LYT-200 certification with Lara Heimann at the YogaStream Studio in Princeton in Summer 2017 and hopes/plans to complete her LYT-500 certification. Since September 2017, Lily has developed a high school yoga program at The Berkeley Carroll School in Brooklyn, NY. As part of this, Lily works with all different sports teams and offers a class for students 2x per week.
