What you’ll learn
Learn to teach the 10 Core LYT classes created by Lara with intelligent sequencing and precise cueing. Gain a deep understanding of the purpose behind every movement so you can teach with confidence. There are two options for Level 1: an on-demand teacher training that is available year-round as well as a guided ten-week program with Lara and the LYT Team offered once per year. Both training offer certification options at the end so that you can start making a positive impact on people's lives right away.What You Get

ONLINE
A Guided 10-week course
Each week, you’ll receive a new LYT Yoga Method Class to practice that will guide the learning for the week. The week's lecture will cover philosophy, function anatomy, cueing, teaching methodology, and the reasoning behind every movement. Each week, Lara hosts virtual sessions to answer all of your questions and more. Our next LYT Level 1 course will start March 31, 2024.
