Personal Bio

Leaving my career as a graphic designer far behind, I decided to follow my 20+ year love of yoga and make it full time occupation, after all people say "Do something you really love, then it's not work!"

Working for many years through varying forms of Hatha Yoga, I trained at the Sivananda Vedanta Ashram in the Austrian alps (200 hours). I have just comleted LYT level 1 and I also have trained to teach chair yoga With many years of experience and training, I now teach in various gyms and community centres.

I also loves to teach the older people of our community, who are so often overlooked but who gain so much from the practice of yoga. I regularly work on a 1 to 1 basis at my home or at a client house. I also teach teachers in schools and colleges in NW London
