Personal Bio

Savannah completed her level 1, 200 hour LYT training online with Lara during the summer of 2020. She fell in love with yoga because of the way it combines physical, mental, and spiritual health into one space and pushes us to become the best versions of ourselves in a holistic way. And in practicing the LYT method, her practice has evolved even more to one that's functional, smart, sustainable, and strong - aspects she has a passion for sharing with her students.

Currently, she is not associated with a studio but she loves working one on one and in small group settings to really give a personalized practice. Feel free to reach out and set up a free consultation class for yourself or a small group of friends or family! She is currently based in Denver, Colorado where she is also the Director of Community and Operations for the non-profit 109 World, a small organization dedicated to improving your happiness and fulfillment through caring for yourself and the planet via virtual events, workshops, and retreats.

And for fun, she loves getting outside and exploring the mountains, whether it's hiking, paddle boarding or simply exploring a new town!
