Personal Bio

Patty has been athletic her entire life yet didn't find yoga until her doctor recommended it to gain back balance and mobility as rehab after a complete rupture and surgery on her Achilles tendon. I was hooked from that first class and has gone on to become 500hr RYT/E-RYT 200 certified. I am also a certified personal trainer, a group fitness instructor, and an anatomy geek, and was drawn to LYT, so am also now LYT level 1 certified.

Yoga has always helped me find my balance within, even through challenging times, to feel love for all and connect with my faith. I love that LYT helps me do this in a way that gives strength, balance, and grace in a way I feel will sustain my practice, and those I teach as well, long into the future.

Me and my husband love to travel and incorporate yoga into our travels wherever we can. We have two adult sons and a daughter-in law. When not teaching yoga, I run my own consulting business and am at work as a food scientist in the restaurant industry.
