Personal Bio

I am a social justice community-engaged healing artist. For over a decade, I have used the arts and somatic practices to co-create knowledge. Our bodies are one of our best sources of knowledge. As a Level 1 LYT Certified Yoga Teacher, I aim to support you in your process of healing by deepening your connection with your body. My practice focuses on improving flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. I teach virtual classes and offer private sessions.
