Personal Bio

My journey to the LYT Yoga Method began after hearing Lara talk on a podcast shortly after completing my first 200hr Yoga teacher Training. Although I had thoroughly enjoyed my training I felt I needed to know more about the body before I began officially teaching students. I knew that I wanted to teach in a safe and sustainable way and after lots of searching, I found Lara & felt sure straight away that this was the style I wanted to share with my students. I travelled to London in 2019 as Lara was teaching a workshop & since then I have completed a Weekend Intensive in Dublin Ireland, followed by the 200hr teacher training summer 2020 and the LYT level 2 100hr extremities model.
I am is passionate about sharing safe and smart yoga with my students so they can feel at their best living a life full of joy in movement.
