Norma Gordon is a dynamic and passionate yoga teacher and mathematics teacher-educator with a wealth of experience in spanning over 25 years. Her yoga journey began over 15 years ago, driven by a deep curiosity to explore how yoga can bring a human touch to learning spaces in classrooms, faculty rooms, and communities. As a lifelong learner, Norma continuously expands her knowledge through rigorous training, earning certifications from programs such as Breathe for Change (200 HR), David Vendetti (300 HR), and most recently the innovative LYT method (Level 1 - 200 HR). Norma's practice is known for its inclusive and playful nature, creating a welcoming environment that meets individuals wherever they are on their personal yoga journey.
