Hi, Im Nicole Crudele a Level 2 LYT Yoga Teacher in Cape May County, NJ. My passion is to help people live a healthy pain free life, with healthy functional movements patterns inspired by the LYT yoga method. I also have a background in Aerial yoga and I have a 200HR Iyengar based certification. I am the co-owner of a yoga studio and acai shop in Ocean View, NJ called Luna Soul and Bowls. Our mission; At Luna Souls and Bowls, we offer something for every phase of your life. We exist to bring the cOMmUNITY peace, love, and nourishment through movement of the body and wholesome foods. We provide a safe space for you to be your most creative and authentic self. At Luna Soul and Bowls, everyone and everyBODY are welcomed and encouraged to join!
