Personal Bio

Being a former semi-professional field-hockey player and a a mom-of-two, I can run on high energy levels. With LYT I have finally discovered my path to optimal movement patterns, on and off the mat. I am super excited to be sharing this knowledge!

Besides LYT Yoga I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher (200 hours) and have gained know-how around pelvic floor training. If you are looking for German-speaking LYT courses or are a momma that would liek some LYT-fueld strengthening specifically for your needs, please reach out to me.
