Melody is a 200 HR LYT certified yoga instructor. Teaching private and group classes online via Zoom and now at Grow Your Tree Yoga in Deming NM and often travels to Galeana México Teaching there aswell. A mother of 3 and a passion to practice yoga since 2010 is what inspired Melody to get certified 💙
