Personal Bio

Hello fello yogi's! I am a Canadian-based yogi whose journey began in 2014 with a focus on Ashtanga yoga and yoga for stress relief. In 2018, I was looking for more and to break out of the mold of corporate owned studios and fully embraced the LYT method as soon as I experienced it, and it continues to deepen practice and appreciation for mindful movement.

Now a certified LYT Level 1 teacher as of 2024, I am passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga. Beyond the mat, I find joy in nature, exploring through hiking, biking, skiing, and whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen.
