Personal Bio

I am a movement enthusiast, with teaching certifications in LYT, vinyasa and animal flow. I also have a strong practice in calisthenics and kettlebells.
My classes follow the LYT blueprint primarily, with fun movement from my other practices blended in.
Classes are available live in person and via Zoom.
