Personal Bio

Maja is a lover and advocate of playful movement. On the yoga mat, snow, rock, water, or barefoot on the ground, movement heals and reconnects us to our own body and the planet.
Maja has a pedagogical background as an outdoor educator, physical educator and language teacher.
Her warm and friendly personality encourages students to relax and have fun. Her classes are embodied and educational experiences for people of all abilities.
Originally from Canada, Maja lives in Sogndal, Norway.
