Personal Bio

Lan worked in Human Resources area before deciding to become a yoga teacher. She finished her first 200hrs teacher vinyasa training in 2020. Lan completed her LYT level 1 training in May 2022 and Special Module of LYT level 2 in Jul 2023. She also got 85 hour training of Prenatal yoga with by Bobby Bessey - the creator and director of the Shakti Yoga Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in Canada.
Lan expresses her knowledge on Reiki, Sound therapy and Restorative yoga. She has 1 year suspension of teaching and now has touch over 350hrs.
She lives and works in Hanoi, Vietnam.
