Personal Bio

A lover of life, lover of movement and lover of travels. I am based in Stockholm, Sweden, but will also teach in other locations at any given opportunity. I teach in Swedish and English and will share the basics in Spanish too on request.

My goal with my classes is that everyone should feel welcome to participate based on their own ability in their bodies, that there should be challenges (physical and mental) for everyone and, above all, that you leave each class filled with energy and love for yourself.

I'm a yoga teacher since 2018 and LYT yoga certified since 2019. Yoga is an art that everyone can practice. It is for everyone and it's never too late to start.

I provide private and group sessions as well as classes specialized for equestrians/horse riders.
