Personal Bio

Hi my name is Johana,
I was born in Peru', grew up in Italy and I'm currently living in St. Moritz (Switzerland).
I am a Level 2 LYT Certified Yoga Teacher and I share the love for LYT on my online classes in Italian and English.

I completed my 500hrs teacher training in India back in 2018, Yoga has changed my life in so many ways and really helped me open up with myself and others. As much as I love Yoga I always felt something was missing in my physical practice and I could finally fill that space with Lara and the LYT Yoga Method.
I truly believe we all should learn more about anatomy and functional movement, through this method I could understand why my body had imbalances and what created them. Learning to move in a smarter way gives you the power to achieve anything.
I'm a big fan of the method because it has changed my practice, has taught me to love and respect myself, has helped me find my core physically and mentally.
I cannot wait to share my passion, knowledge and fun with you.
