Personal Bio

My name is Brittany Wilkewitz from Toledo, OH, founder of Yoga by B. I have been teaching the LYT yoga method for a year and a half out of my five years of teaching experience. I have a passion to educate people about their bodies and why it moves the way it does. In both teaching and practicing, I have found through the experience of others, and my own, that the more education in movement one has, the safer one can move over a lifetime.

I love nature, space, reading and volleyball too :).
