I practiced at many different studios in the Northeast before finding Lara's studio, YogaStream, in Princeton, NJ. Her unique, alignment-based approach had me hooked, and I loved how the style increased both strength and mobility. Certified in 2016, I now share the LYT™ Method with students and colleagues in the Pittsburgh/WV area.
