Personal Bio

Hola! I’m Andy, I’m from Mexico City and my biggest passion is practicing and teaching yoga.
I did my first TTC in Rishikesh, India on 2017 and from then I have been taking several workshops, yoga labs and I’m officially a level 1 LYT certified teacher which has given me the knowledge and the confidence I needed to take my teaching to another level ♥︎
