Saturday Master Class 1: 8:00am – 11:00am
Catch Some Air
There is nothing more playful than getting on your hands. This masterclass will deep dive into the anatomy and biomechanics needed to invert both on your hands or forearms. Next we will utilize drills and wall work to help build strength and then move together to apply the skills with confidence.. No matter what stage your practice, this will be a joyful afternoon of moving together and defying gravity.
Sunday Master Class 2: 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Boost Your Breath
“Take a big breath” is an overused phrase for when we need to calm down. There is truth in this remedy though, as our respiratory and nervous systems are so intimately connected that one does indeed affect the other. This masterclass will teach you about the anatomy of breath and how it interacts with the nervous system. Using soft tissue mobilizations, we can restructure the way we hold ourselves in space, create more freedom of movement in the body, and boost your breath. Feel more buoyant, clear, and calm with each and every breath we take!!
Sunday, FIRE Class: 5:00pm – 6:30pm
FIRE is a 75-minute specialty class that uses repetitive motion synced with music to help you burn out what no longer serves you, so you can walk through the fire reborn and purified. Lara only teaches this class on special occasions, and you don’t wanna miss it!
Weekend Excursions:
Join the LYT Team for any or all of the following excursions!
Saturday: Afternoon ferry ride on Lake Como w/time to explore the town of Bellagio and an optional private wine tasting of wines local to the Lombardy region. 12:00pm – 6:00pm.
Sunday: Guided 3 hour hike taking in the beautiful woods and lake and mountain vistas. Includes Funicular ride up to Brunate before walking to meeting point. 8:00am-11:00am.

At this time there are no COVID related restrictions in place. However, as we monitor the situation, we reserve the right to implement a rapid test requirement for all participants.
