Start the day with an energizing intermediate morning class with Lara with optional continuing education sessions with Kristin and Rhonna covering sequencing and manual therapy. Enjoy relaxing intermittent evening classes with the LYT Team and ample free time to explore or book an excursion. You deserve to feel LYT.
Limited private sessions are available as well as up to 20 CEU hours for yoga teachers.
